There are not always visible crises. <strong>Sometimes crises are internal, subtle\u2026<\/strong> A discomfort that persists in day-to-day life; a mute intuition that you don't know how to put into words; questions that grow until they occupy spaces that you can no longer ignore\u2026 <\/p>\n<p>Other times not.  <strong>Other times the change is clear and forceful: the loss of a loved one, a separation, the end of a career, a change of country or life.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Whether it is an internal or external movement, what emerges is the need to <strong>reposition ourselves<\/strong> in the face of it. To look at it, to listen to it, to feel it... and to see what we do with what is happening to us, with the situation we have in hand, with the still unknown paths that are insinuating themselves... <\/p>\n<p>Maybe what served you until now, now surprises you that it was so. Maybe what defined you until now, now creates discomfort for you. Maybe what you longed for so much, now no longer makes sense to you.  <\/p>\n<p><strong>The world changes. Nature changes. We change. The only constant is change. And that's where we start.    <\/strong>  This program aims to accompany you precisely in this: in this space where you need to let go of what is no longer there, where you need to honestly navigate what is there, where it is necessary to learn to sustain, discern and decide from a living, conscious and rooted place.<\/p>\n<p>This program invites you to <strong>take care of yourself, and to take care of others, through change<\/strong> . Because when change is experienced through presence and awareness, we can transform what impacts us into impact. A positive impact on yourself, on others, and on the world.  <\/p>\n<p>Are we there?
