Design of Biomimetic Systems and Social Biomimetic
Program

What will you experience in this program?
An immersive program to learn to observe, understand and apply the principles of living systems
A process for applying living systems principles in the design of regenerative projects and communities
Practical information
An immersive program to learn to observe, understand and apply the principles of living systems – both natural and social – in the design of regenerative projects, structures and communities. Each module, inspired by a season of the year, invites us to connect with nature and integrate it as a teacher in our transformative journey.
What does this program include?
- Accommodation for 12 nights and full board. That’s four weekends, from Thursday to Sunday, over the course of a year.
- Access to the full program of workshops and activities.
- Entrance to the Ecocommunity to continue from home.
Program modules Design of Biomimetic Systems and Social Biomimetic

Observe to regenerate
Living diagnosis and systemic thinking to initiate transformative processes
Autumn
Dates26 - 29 November 2026
Making space to see systems with new eyes. We cultivate a systemic perspective to better understand natural and social interactions, and we consciously diagnose what needs regeneration.
Work axes:
- Patterns of nature as a compass for change: learn to observe natural patterns, cycles and forms to apply them to the design of more resilient human systems.
- Systemic diagnosis and community mapping: tools to identify flows, roles, nodes and tensions within an ecosystem (ecological or social).
- Limits as an entry point: understanding that limits (external or internal) can show us where we need to regenerate or transform.
- Zones, sectors and energy within the system: introduction to design by zones and sectors as a method for organizing spaces and relationships efficiently.
- Letting go of what doesn’t work: learning to recognize outdated structures and limiting thought patterns to make space for new, regenerative approaches.
What will we work on?
An invitation to observe in depth the natural and social systems that surround us. Through silence, contemplation and systemic analysis, this module will allow us to recognize the essential connections to regenerate spaces, relationships and projects.

Root and structure
Social biomimetics, resilience and regenerative structures
Winter
Dates18 - 21 February 2027
When all seems still, the system restructures. We delve into the invisible architecture of living systems to find resilience and purpose in our design.
Work axes:
- Principles of social biomimetics: drawing inspiration from colonies, networks and ecosystems to build more efficient and resilient structures. Resilience, feedback and interdependence: understanding how ecosystems are kept alive and how to transfer this to communities and organizations.
- The inner architecture of systems: purpose as the root, connections as the trunk, and actions as the leaves of a living system.
- Modular and adaptive structures: how to design human systems capable of growing, adapting and regenerating in changing environments.
- The invisible that sustains life: work on the essential functions and subtle flows of a project (emotions, trust, values…).
What will we work on?
This module invites us to enter the skeleton of systems to understand how they are sustained and regenerated. With a deep and slow look, we will cultivate the discernment to design from the root and sustain processes that generate life.

Co-create from Life
Facilitation practices and living design for interdependent systems
Spring
Dates13 - 16 May 2027
When life explodes, creativity becomes a source of design. We open paths of co-creation to regenerate communities and projects inspired by the intelligence of nature.
Work axes:
- Co-creation and regenerative facilitation: tools to facilitate collaborative processes that put life at the center.
- Participatory design for the common good: incorporating diverse voices in the design of transformative projects.
- Zones and sectors as a creative tool: using sectoral design as a tool to transform space and human relationships.
- Patterns of interaction and collective emergence: activating group creativity from respect for rhythms and collective intelligence.
- The garden of projects: sowing ideas, prototyping actions and shaping collaborative ecosystems inspired by nature.
What will we work on?
This module is an inner and collective spring. We will put our creative capacity into motion, and we will discover how living design can be born from participatory processes, open and rooted in the reality of people and the territory.

From Design to Living Impact
Cross-cutting application, meaningful projects and celebration of the regenerative path
Summer
Dates15 - 18 July 2027
When the system flourishes, it shows itself to the world. We make the invisible visible through concrete actions that link the regenerative vision with real, community impacts.
Work axes:
- Transversal application of living design principles: how to integrate biomimetics into various sectors (education, agroecology, organizations, social innovation…).
- Projects as ecosystems: seeing projects as living systems that grow, relate to and transform their environment.
- The feedback and evolution cycle: receive feedback, celebrate, adjust and continue.
- Symbiotic relationships and shared impact: building regenerative alliances and community structures inspired by natural symbiosis.
- Celebration and regenerative commitment: closing a cycle with awareness, gratitude and collective responsibility.
What will we work on?
It’s time to show, share and consolidate. This module will help you integrate everything you’ve learned and translate it into actions with a regenerative impact. You’ll celebrate the fruits you’ve gathered and offer them as seeds for the world.

Why trust us?
We know that some of our programs are new and don’t yet have direct testimonials. We prefer to be transparent rather than create fictional stories. What we do have is a solid and consistent track record:
- Over 10 years of regenerative work, transforming a family-run tourism business into a pioneering ecosystem in Europe.
- Hands-on experience with horizontal teams, implementing Holacracy and new governance models, managing people, emotions, and processes.
- Human and professional guidance, as coaches, therapists, and facilitators during times of change, creativity, and life crises.
- 8 years of experience running Life Reset wellness programs at Cerdanya Viva Ecoestades, where hundreds of people have gone through deep processes of transformation and growth.
We draw inspiration from global pioneers and thinkers such as Anna Pollock, Giles Hutchins, Laura Storm, Vandana Shiva, and Fritjof Capra, who advocate for a way of living, creating, and leading that is alive, coherent, and life-centered.
Joining these programs means becoming part of a pioneering community—people who are opening new paths and becoming ambassadors of a regenerative way of seeing and shaping the world.
Is there any type of follow-up after the training?
Yes. Once you complete a training, you’ll gain access to our Eco-Community, where each month you can continue your learning through live sessions, exercises, tips, and exclusive resources to help you apply what you’ve learned to everyday life.
How long does the Master’s degree last?
The Master consists of 4 programs; that is, 16 modules. We recommend doing 4 modules per year, one for each season. By doing this, you would obtain the complete Master in 4 years.
How does the master’s degree work?
To obtain the master’s degree, you must complete 16 modules out of the 24 available. You can choose the ones that best suit your interests and goals.
What are the advantages of doing the entire master’s degree instead of just some modules?
The master’s degree gives you a global and integrated vision of regeneration applied to different areas, offers you a more complete certification and allows you to access deep and connected learning between disciplines.
Are there any prerequisites to take your training courses?
No previous qualification is required, just the interest and commitment to learning and applying regenerative knowledge in your personal or professional field.
In what environment are the trainings carried out?
The trainings take place in a unique natural setting, at the Institut Regeneratiu – Cerdanya Viva in Prullans, nestled in the Cerdanya valley, where each season’s cycles and energies are embraced.
What type of accommodation and food do you offer?
The accommodation is in a regenerative space located in Prullans, in Cerdanya, surrounded by nature, with welcoming and comfortable facilities. The meals are organic, local and balanced, prepared to promote well-being throughout the training.
Are there a limited number of places?
Yes, to guarantee an immersive and quality experience, our Programs have a limited number of participants. We recommend registering in advance to secure your place.
What is a typical day of in-person training like?
Every day combines:
- Wellness practices (yoga, meditation, forest bathing, etc.).
- Experiential workshops related to the station’s energy.
- Spare moments to rest or integrate.
