Celebration and impact: Governance for Tourism Regeneration
MODULE

Primavera
A living programme that combines co-creation, meaningful dialogue, embodied experiences, conscious gastronomy and restorative pauses to generate new perspectives and practical pathways for regeneration.
Some of the activities you will experience

Co-creation spaces designed to transform ideas into new possibilities for projects and territories.

Time for rest and pause, allowing clarity, assimilation and deeper connection.

Experiential moments that help integrate knowledge through presence, perception and embodied learning.

Conscious gastronomy as part of the methodology, where food also becomes a space for awareness and exchange.

Discussion circles created to share real challenges, listen to different perspectives and generate collective insight.
A living space where reflection, co-creation, embodied experience and meaningful connection come together to explore new regenerative ways of thinking, relating and acting.
Practical information
A co-creation space, with Anna Pollock, Micelli Social and Charles van de Kerkhof, for public and private sector leaders who understand that transforming tourism starts with transforming governance.
Over two days, we will explore new models of collaboration, shared responsibility and regenerative decision-making that strengthen territory, community and long-term impact.
This is not a conference.
It is not a panel discussion.
It is a living circle for those ready to think together, listen deeply, and activate new ways forward.
It brings together tourism professionals, destination leaders, public institutions, entrepreneurs, facilitators, academics and change agents who are working to transform tourism through a more regenerative lens.
The purpose of this Circle is not only to inspire, but to create the conditions for meaningful exchange, shared reflection and the emergence of practical pathways for action.
The future of tourism will not be shaped only through strategies, but through the quality of the relationships we build.
Regenerative governance invites us to move:
- from control to trust
- from fragmentation to systemic thinking
- from competition to collaboration
- from extraction to reciprocity
- from isolated decisions to shared stewardship
The Circle is designed as a human-scale space where knowledge does not only come from speakers, but also from the lived experience, questions and intelligence of the group.

Why trust us?
Our modules are new and do not yet have direct testimonials. We prefer to be transparent rather than create fictional stories, which is why we share what backs us: a solid and consistent track record.
- Over 10 years of regenerative work, transforming a family-run tourism business into a pioneering ecosystem in Europe.
- Hands-on experience with horizontal teams, implementing Holacracy and new governance models, managing people, emotions, and processes.
- Human and professional guidance, as coaches, therapists, and facilitators during times of change, creativity, and life crises.
- 8 years of experience running Life Reset wellness programs at Cerdanya Viva Ecoestades, where hundreds of people have gone through deep processes of transformation and growth.
We draw inspiration from global pioneers and thinkers such as Anna Pollock, Giles Hutchins, Laura Storm, Vandana Shiva, and Fritjof Capra, who advocate for a way of living, creating, and leading that is alive, coherent, and life-centered.
Joining these modules means becoming part of a pioneering community—people who are opening new paths and becoming ambassadors of a regenerative way of seeing and shaping the world.
