Regenerative Culture and Collaborative Management
Program

What will you experience in this program?
A systemic look to transform the way we live, work and organize ourselves
A process to learn to act with more awareness, care and responsibility
Practical information
We live in a time of profound change that challenges us to review how we relate, lead and build collective projects. We need to better understand human systems —personal, group and organizational— in order to act with greater awareness, care and responsibility.
This program proposes an experiential journey through the seasons of the year to develop a new relational and organizational culture, focusing on the quality of bonds, the distribution of power, collaborative management and internal and collective regeneration.
It is an invitation to inhabit our place in the system with lucidity and a desire for personal, work and social transformation, to make a more vibrant, fair and sustainable world possible – where team management and the care of people cease to be peripheral and become the heart of every organization.
What does this program include?
- Accommodation for 12 nights and full board. That’s four weekends, from Thursday to Sunday, over the course of a year.
- Access to the full program of workshops and activities.
- Entrance to the Ecocommunity to continue from home.

The Regenerative Self
Power, Beliefs, and Inner Work
Summer
Dates2 - 5 July 2026
It observes how our beliefs condition the way we act and relate, and how power manifests itself within us and in collective dynamics. We work from a systemic perspective to understand our place within a living system and recognize the shadows and potentials we bring to organizations.
Work axes:
- Power: awareness and dynamics (internal and relational): becoming aware of how we exercise and receive power within ourselves and in the environments in which we move.
- Belief systems: how they shape our perspective and action. Identify limiting beliefs and open space for new internal and collective possibilities.
- Personal work as a basis for collective change: understanding that organizational transformation begins with inner development.
- The high dream and the low dream: longings and shadows in organizations: exploring the tensions between ideals and realities to generate spaces of awareness and alignment.
- Introduction to the field: the self within a living system : situating ourselves within human systems and recognizing the interdependencies that shape us.
What will we work on?
You will explore how personal work is key to collective and organizational change.

Living Relationships
Conflict, Boundaries, and Conscious Communication

Learn the importance of recognizing and supporting personal and group boundaries. We delve deeper into the parts that make up our identity and the roles we occupy within systems, from a communication that removes tension and enhances creativity.
Work axes:
- Relationships and conflict as an opportunity: seeing conflict as a way to deepen bonds and mature collective processes.

- Primary and secondary identities; emerging parts: recognizing the multiple voices that inhabit us and the role they play in relationships.
- Marginal role: within the self and within the group: giving space and voice to excluded parties to restore balance and inclusion in the system.
- Deep communication and creatively removing tension : learning to express ourselves from the center and transform tension into creative energy.

Why trust us?
We know that some of our programs are new and don’t yet have direct testimonials. We prefer to be transparent rather than create fictional stories. What we do have is a solid and consistent track record:
- Over 10 years of regenerative work, transforming a family-run tourism business into a pioneering ecosystem in Europe.
- Hands-on experience with horizontal teams, implementing Holacracy and new governance models, managing people, emotions, and processes.
- Human and professional guidance, as coaches, therapists, and facilitators during times of change, creativity, and life crises.
- 8 years of experience running Life Reset wellness programs at Cerdanya Viva Ecoestades, where hundreds of people have gone through deep processes of transformation and growth.
We draw inspiration from global pioneers and thinkers such as Anna Pollock, Giles Hutchins, Laura Storm, Vandana Shiva, and Fritjof Capra, who advocate for a way of living, creating, and leading that is alive, coherent, and life-centered.
Joining these programs means becoming part of a pioneering community—people who are opening new paths and becoming ambassadors of a regenerative way of seeing and shaping the world.
