Creativity and innovation
Program

What will you experience in this program?
Activate your creative potential from a holistic perspective
A transformative journey through consciousness, silence, neuroscience and the cycles of nature
Practical information
A unique proposal that invites us to awaken, expand and put into action the creative potential of each person from a comprehensive perspective . An experiential journey to reconnect with the deep source from which authentic creativity is born : silence, consciousness, spirituality, nature and one’s own essence. This program is developed in collaboration with the Institut del Silenci, promoters of The Kone model, a proprietary methodology that starts from silence as a space of deep connection, with the knowledge provided by neuroscience, epigenetics, the quantum field, and guides people in a process of conscious descent towards the source of creativity.
What does this program include?
- Accommodation for 12 nights and full board. That’s four weekends, from Thursday to Sunday, over the course of a year.
- Access to the full program of workshops and activities.
- Entrance to the Ecocommunity to continue from home.
Program modules Creativity and innovation

Connect to awaken creative energy
Sow ideas and cultivate knowledge
Spring
Dates23 - 26 March 2026
Spring is beginning and possibility. After winter rest, nature awakens with force, and with it, so does our mind. In this first module of the program we are placed at the top of the Kone, where the rational dimension of creativity is activated. This is where ideas germinate, where the movement begins. We will combine theoretical sessions with creative thinking practices , observation and mental activation dynamics, mindfulness to sharpen attention, nature walks, breathing techniques and inspiring readings.
What will we work on?
- Key knowledge about how creativity and creative thinking work.
- Tools to activate curiosity and creative attention.
- Understanding your own mental patterns and how to transform them.
- A new way of looking at reality.

Destruction as a creative tool
Unlock your expression and rediscover your creativity
Summer
Dates15 - 18 June 2026
Summer brings us to fullness . Light, movement and energy invite us to go outside, to open up, to share. In this second module, we delve into the emotional and bodily part of Kone. We no longer just think, but we experience, we express.
When nature unfolds, we also open ourselves to the world. It is time for action, expression and visibility. In this module we will explore different channels of expression (body, voice, art, words…) and learn to sustain creative energy in movement and interaction with the outside. We will work on coherence between what we feel, think and communicate. Through experiential dynamics, conscious movement, voice, creative writing. Nature will be the setting and source of constant inspiration.
What will we work on?
- Key knowledge about how creativity and creative thinking work.
- Tools to activate curiosity and creative attention.
- Understanding your own mental patterns and how to transform them.
- A new way of looking at reality.

Creative introspection to push boundaries
Look deeply, select with meaning and integrate with awareness.
Autumn
Dates19 - 22 October 2026
With autumn comes the time to gather, take stock, and discern. Nature teaches us that letting go is also a way of growing. In this third module we delve deeper into the capacity for integration, into the holistic and symbolic view. We will reach the deep part of The Kone, on a spiritual level; a secular spirituality that encompasses the latest discoveries in neuroscience with the wisdom of ancestral traditions.
We will work with different meditation techniques, symbols and metaphors, meditative walks, cold baths and conscious breathing. All within an environment of calm, nature and reflection.
What will we work on?
- A clearer look at you and your process.
- Understanding of creative and personal cycles.
- Tools to make meaningful decisions.
- Emotional and intellectual integration of the lived experience.

Creative silence and unicorns
Silence to create and reconnect with the source
Winter
Dates18 - 21 January 2027
Winter invites us to return home. To gather ourselves in silence and let what is deeper speak. In this last module we reach the heart of Kone, the spiritual and intuitive dimension of creativity. It is a space of not-doing, of emptying to receive, of fruitful pause.
But this silence is not passivity: It is the starting point for a new conscious action . From this creative stillness, we will bring to light specific projects, ideas or initiatives that each participant has been developing throughout the program. We will incorporate conscious innovation tools, creative methodologies such as Design Thinking , to structure and shape these ideas. And we will culminate the process with a creative hackathon, where each person will be able to develop and present their personal or collective project.
What will we work on?
- A direct connection to your creative source
- Experiencing silence as a generating space
- Mental calm, clarity and renewed inspiration
- A new understanding of your creative potential
- A methodology for transforming ideas into projects
- The impetus and structure to launch your creation

Why trust us?
We know that some of our programs are new and don’t yet have direct testimonials. We prefer to be transparent rather than create fictional stories. What we do have is a solid and consistent track record:
- Over 10 years of regenerative work, transforming a family-run tourism business into a pioneering ecosystem in Europe.
- Hands-on experience with horizontal teams, implementing Holacracy and new governance models, managing people, emotions, and processes.
- Human and professional guidance, as coaches, therapists, and facilitators during times of change, creativity, and life crises.
- 8 years of experience running Life Reset wellness programs at Cerdanya Viva Ecoestades, where hundreds of people have gone through deep processes of transformation and growth.
We draw inspiration from global pioneers and thinkers such as Anna Pollock, Giles Hutchins, Laura Storm, Vandana Shiva, and Fritjof Capra, who advocate for a way of living, creating, and leading that is alive, coherent, and life-centered.
Joining these programs means becoming part of a pioneering community—people who are opening new paths and becoming ambassadors of a regenerative way of seeing and shaping the world.
