Practical information

This intensive retreat is part of the Origen Experience initiative, an innovative format validated by scientific studies from the University of Girona (UdG) and the Institut del Silenci . It is designed for participants to experience firsthand the measurable impact of advanced techniques in integrative health, awareness and neurophysiological self-regulation.

The power of your mind can transform your life and the reality you have created. Science has shown that our thoughts and emotions not only influence our mood, but also our health and the reality we experience. When we train our intentionality and learn to focus our attention consciously, we activate neurophysiological mechanisms that improve well-being, reduce stress and enhance our capabilities.

On this basis, a pilot study was carried out in June 2024, funded by the INSETUR Research Department of the University of Girona and in collaboration with the Institut del Silenci. The study was conducted with people diagnosed with persistent COVID, fibromyalgia, chronic fatigue and MCS, and they were distributed into three groups: a control group (without any intervention), a group exposed to nature (without specific training) and an experimental group, which followed a structured protocol of focused intention. The results were very revealing: while the control group did not show any improvement, the experimental group showed very significant improvements in areas such as anxiety (Beck Test), depression (Goldberg Test), pain level (EVA scale) and electromagnetic regulation (MORA), with statistically very relevant results in many of the tests (p< 0.0001, ANOVA test).

The study is currently in the process of being published and has sparked the interest of new researchers to continue delving deeper into this avenue of research.

During the three days of immersion in a regenerative natural environment, participants will be able to explore first-hand the effects of this methodology through practices such as conscious breathing , meditation , visualization , forest bathing and experimental protocols , while monitoring various physiological indicators before and after the intervention. All this, with the support of Susana Núñez , Edgar Tarrés and Jordi Martorell , promoters of the validated model that shapes this proposal.

An ecostay for people and professionals who…

  • They want to deepen their personal development and discover new tools to improve their lives.
  • They are professionals in well-being, health and education and want to integrate intentionality into their work.
  • They want to explore the transformative potential of nature in regenerative environments.
  • They are curious about the connection between science, consciousness and well-being.

Jordi Martorell

Jordi Martorell

Geobiologist and independent researcher in consciousness, neurotechnology and mind-matter phenomena. Co-founder of the Origen project and collaborator in scientific studies with the University of Girona focused on the impact of intention on biological processes and physical systems. Trained in electrophotonic imaging (GDV-Biowell technology), he is a specialist in cardiac coherence and HRV biofeedback applied to psychotherapy and trauma regulation. He has developed a pioneering training model based on the activation of brain patterns associated with waves of the unconscious, facilitating conscious decision-making processes and sustained mental focus. He has also led studies with random number generators (RNG), in which statistically significant deviations associated with the practice of focused intention have been observed in trained participants.
