Regenerative leader and permaculture practitioner. Third-generation steward of Cerdanya Viva and founder of the Institut Regeneratiu. I work to transform tourism and organisations through systemic innovation, connection with nature, and collective purpose. Facilitator, entrepreneur, and explorer of a future with life at the centre.

Project coordinator, process facilitator and team builder. I like to bring order where there is dispersion, provide structure where direction is lacking and create spaces where people and projects can flourish. I have been coordinating projects, events and teams for over 15 years, always from a systemic, structured and deeply human perspective. I have trained in Systemic Tools for Organizations, in Personal and Professional Coaching, in Gestalt Therapy and Family Constellations. Currently a student of Somatic Experience.

Mindful hacker and co-founder of the Institut del Silenci. I design wellness experiences and train teams in companies and destinations. I teach classes on wellness and happiness at the Faculty of Tourism of the University of Girona, and on life purpose in the Master's in Mindfulness at the University of Barcelona. I also collaborate with the universities of Vigo and Rovira i Virgili. As a wellness tourism consultant, I have developed a system based on consciousness to create creative experiences within the field of holistic wellness. I accompany groups on author's trips to India and the Camino de Santiago. I have published the book Mindful Travel – el antimanual creativo (Eunate Ediciones, 2022).

I am a mother and an Agent of Change. An agricultural engineer by training, with a postgraduate degree in Local Agroecological Dynamization and currently studying Process Work and Group Facilitation. I am driven by a passion for personal growth, connection with nature, reading, music, drawing and crocheting. I seek meaning in everything I do — in life, in work, in relationships and in organizations. I have specialized in promoting and accompanying processes of change and improvement of work environments, because I understand that change is not the exception, but the very heart of our experience as human beings.

Professional in the world of advertising and marketing, I collaborate in the creation and management of brands, and the creation of campaigns and other projects that nourish me as a person. I am a professor of Creative Processes and Techniques, Branding and Art Direction at the Faculty of Tourism of the University of Girona, in the Degree in Advertising and Public Relations. I am also a professor of Creativity and Innovation at the Culinary Institute of Barcelona (CIB), an international school for haute cuisine chefs. 'Dreamer of any type of omelette'. In love with nature. Addicted to reading and learning anything. Absolutely fascinated by everything that interests me. Seeker of good conversations about the things that matter, which are many and are rarely talked about. I come from the world of advertising, where they call us creatives. But what really interests me is transversal creativity, applied to any area of life, and teaching people how to unleash their creative potential to make a better and more humanistic world. In short, I'm delighted with life!

Naturopath, evolutionary astrologer, shamanist and somatic coach. I accompany people to awaken their inner listening so that they connect with their own inner guidance, and thus they can understand, accept, love themselves, flourish and be free in direct connection with Nature, with the aim of enhancing a more conscious humanity.

Lover of nature, the mountains and all sports related to them. I understand well-being as a direct connection with the natural environment. I consider myself an empathetic, dynamic and sociable person, with a great capacity to connect with others and generate bonds. My restlessness and curiosity have always led me to explore new forms of communication and relationships, both in the personal and professional spheres. With a degree in Tourism and a master's degree in Digital Marketing, I bring an open, non-conformist and innovation-oriented perspective, always combined with a commitment to collective well-being.
